Default Delay in salary
Dear Friends,

My company has not paid salary to any of their employee for last 3 moths they are saying that they are going through financial crises and they will clear all the dues very soon.

Daily we are getting dates but no salary ... I would like to know how can we fight against this situation ? Can we somehow force company to at least clear one or two months salary?

Sorry to hear that Jilesh. Well many companies are facing the same problem and some have even decided to get dissolved.
