- Recruitment of suitable candidate for various requirements. - Key Account Management by handling 'End-to-End' recruitment- Sourcing via various recruitment sources like head hunt, network etc and conduct initial screening of resumes to check for candidate-position match based on work experience, qualifications etc.- Conduct telephonic interviews (telephonic/ personal) to assess candidates for job match- Conduct background check of candidates short-listed.- Explain Commission Plan to interested candidate.- Motivate candidate for suitable designation - Prepare Report of interested candidate in format of MIS(Management Information System, DAR(Daily Activity Report)Desired Candidate Profile:- Candidate should be graduate in any discipline.- Should have experience of recruitment- Highly motivated for taking challenges.- Should have good convincing power- Should be ready to spend 5 hours time in a day for work - Should have excellent computer knowledgeCandidate must have pc+ Net Connection + phone on at home
