Job Description:
-Will act as a point of contact for our Utility Clients/E-Commerce Merchants.
-Will handle day-to-day Operations like generating MIS, collecting
-Bill Data from Utilities, interacting with Utilities for query resolution, interacting with Banks.
-Will be responsible for trouble shooting in case of any process led problems, new requirements of the clients, technical system changes as required by the client.
-Will provide operational and technical support for Merchants/Partners by analyzing a wide variety of issues, determine needed actions and follow through a resolution.
